Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account. All payments are subject to a 50p handling fee.

We use the PayPal system for accepting online payments. PayPal is a world industry-leading company that handles $17 billion of secure online payments each year. When paying through PayPal you only ever share your card details with PayPal, for your protection those details are never revealed to the merchant. Please remember to include both your name and your address when you pay so that we can record your payment.

You do not need a Barclays bank account to pay using Barclays PingIt. As long as you are aged over 16, you can register any UK current account and UK mobile number with the PingIt smartphone app.

Direct bank transfer can be done either through internet banking, phone banking or in your bank branch. The amount you owe will be indicated on the note we leave after visiting you.

For security reasons, we do not publish our bank details online, but just ask and we can provide all the information you need to pay by bank transfer.

If you are at home when we visit and wish to pay straight away we can accept cash or cheques made payable to J Grela.

If you are not at home, or do not wish to pay immediately, we will leave an addressed envelope in which to return payment. The amount you owe will be indicated on the note we leave after visiting you.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage, payment should reach us within seven days and we do not recommend sending cash by post. Cheques only can be made payable to J Grela. We will not be responsible for any payment lost in the post, payments sent but not received will still be required at our next visit.
